We are covered by Safa & Marwa Tours’ ATOL, and all customer payments will be processed through Safa & Marwa Tours’ bank accounts.

• Abusive Language: Our professional sales team is dedicated to serving customers to the best of their abilities. However, if a customer uses abusive or inappropriate language with our agents, the company reserves the right to cancel the package without issuing a refund

• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the price is guaranteed, unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.

Liability and Indemnity

• Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, howsoever caused. Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances.
